Since we always work with multiple projects simultaniously, we carefully plan the liscensing, the work, the allocation of resources and manpower

meticulously. Designing the various connecting points is all done by CAD and has to go through approvel proceses before a work order can be given to the Operational Teams in the field.

EXECUTION

We always work with permission from the official local authorities within the cordoned off work area and according to best practices with safety & quality as our prime drivers.

CONTROL & MONITORING

Each step in our business processes has its own Quality Control steps. And to ensure

continiuous improvement, we monitor not only progress, but any points of attention as lessons learned in our data driven approach.
